• Water filtration system to reduce plastic bottle use
• Power off all equipment when not in use
• Email exhibitor service manuals with approval from Show Management
• Online ordering services

GRAPHICS:

• Utilize a block out adhesive allowing multiple uses from a single substrate
• Store all reusable graphics allowing event managers to reduce waste and cost

OPERATIONS:

• Carpet is cleaned and reused. When carpet has reached its usage limit, it is returned to the manufacturer for recycling
• SER offers Tuxedo carpet that is made from recyled materials
• Tables made of wood and metal are refurbished in house and reused for future events
• Advance shipping warehouses are located as close to facility as possible to minimize deliveries and fuel consumption
• SER exposition services has recently completed an overhaul of our facility's lighting equipment. This will result in a reduction of 35,000 kilowatt hours used and 38,000 lbs of greenhouse gases each year
